Our Apartments are let on a self-catering basis, no meals are included.
Please note we do not accommodate children under 12 years of age.
No deposit is taken on your booking, the total payment is taken 3 days prior to arrival. Please ensure your card details are correct and it has sufficient funds.
For bookings of more than 2 apartments & certain time periods, terms & conditions will differ and be emailed directly to you
Check in Time is from 3 pm, we will email your self-check in instructions to you on the day prior to your arrival day.
Please add our email address : info@buttermilklodge.ie to your contacts (so the email does not go to spam) and ensure we have the correct email address.
(If you have not received an eamil from us on the day prior to arrival please check your spam/junk folder, if it's not there please email us )
Check out time is 10am.
Cancellation Policy :
One Bedroom Apartments : after 12 noon, 3 days before the arrival day and no shows are charged in full.
Two Bedroom Apartments : after 12 noon, 7 days before the arrival day and no shows are charged in full.
We do not accept Hen/Stag or other parties or pets.
Any damages not reported will be charged to the credit card details provided on booking.
